Woodhead updates SST AS-I scanner for A-B SLC 500 controllers

Woodhead Industries Inc. has released a new version of its SST AS-Interface scanner for Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley SLC 500 Series controllers, under part number SST-ASI-SLC.

Woodhead Industries Inc . has released a new version of its SST AS-Interface scanner for Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley SLC 500 Series controllers, under part number SST-ASI-SLC. This SST AS-Interface scanner connects an A-B SLC 500 series PLC to two independent AS-Interface networks with up to 124 slave devices. The release complies with AS-Interface specification 2.1. The company adds that it provides a complete line of AS-Interface connectivity solutions through its gateways, PLC interface modules, physical media, and I/O modules.
