Memosens sensors enable continuous disinfection measurement
Endress+Hauser disinfection sensors for chlorine dioxide, free chlorine, total chlorine, free bromine and dissolved ozone make use of this amperometric measuring principle. Real-time measurement technology allows for immediate responses to process changes, optimizing the dosing of disinfectants and reducing costs. A unique feature of these chlorine sensors is their ability to remain active and ready to measure as soon as chlorine is detected, even after extended periods without chlorine, unlike other sensors that struggle to provide accurate readings after such intervals. The following ensure even more simplicity, leading to cost savings: Reagents are not required: No costly reagents are required using the amperometric measuring principle. This also eliminates the need for their disposal and the associated workload. Faster polarization time: The optimized polarization time means that the disinfection sensors reach a stable display value faster after commissioning.
Ultrasonic meter for inline concentration measurement
Hygienic smart sensor technology is built for permanent process control in the food and beverage industry Reliability is an essential component of the success of companies in the food and beverage industry. Endress+Hauser’s Teqwave H ensures the accurate and reliable measurement of sugar content in fruit juices and distilled beverages or the concentration of cleaning agents. In its hygienic design, Teqwave H fulfills the highest quality standards with state-of-the-art algorithms and a flexible application concept for optimal process control, even for changing batches. Liquid analysis with Teqwave H allows users to reduce costs because it measures different concentrations simultaneously using only one sensor.
Promass Q
Promass Q, a high-tech Coriolis flowmeter line from Endress+Hauser, alleviates concerns of inaccuracies with its revolutionary 4-tube technology, while measuring with minimal pressure loss over a wide range of flow rates. Promass Q recently welcomed new additions to its lineup. It is available for larger pipes than ever before—up to 10” (DN 250)—for measuring flow rates up to 18,900 bph (2,400 t/h). And the new 4-tube technology opens the door to additional applications in the oil and gas industry.
Netilion Water Networks Insights
The innovative, cloud-based monitoring solution from Endress+Hauser paves the way to comprehensive optimization and automation for water networks—from anywhere at any time.Heartbeat Technology provides safety in custody transferIn water custody transfer, infinitesimal inaccuracies in flow measurement can create significant billing discrepancies. Although frequent testing can reduce the occurrence of these errors, it historically required removing flowmeters from service for testing and calibration. Frequent removal is often impractical, particularly on large water pipelines over a few feet in diameter. Addressing this challenge, Endress+Hauser’s integrated Heartbeat Technology testing functionality provides verification of flow meter measurements with the push of a button.
