TV30 Thermal Imager

In the extreme heat of industrial environments, relying on a personal computer to monitor process applications can be a recipe for failure. The new Fluke Process Instruments ThermoView TV30 thermal camera enables industrial teams to set up thermal imaging systems without the constraints of being constantly connected to a vulnerable computer. The rugged, fixed-installation TV30 measures a wide temperature range from -10 °C to 1300 °C (14 °F – 2372 °F) and provides an unrivaled scope of features and functions. The stand-alone camera provides full connectivity for easy integration with a PLC via open platform communications unified architecture (OPC UA), or MQ telemetry transport (MQTT). With the ThermoView TV30, industrial teams can: • Directly integrate without a PC — Set up multiple areas of interest, monitor processes, and access the on-board analytics of the fixed thermal imager through a web browser.

Fixed Acoustic Imager

The Fluke Process Instruments SV600 Fixed Acoustic Imager enables users to detect, locate and visualize air and gas leaks or changes in sound signatures across their process and equipment in real-time before they become costly problems. By using an array of sophisticated sound sensors and powerful SoundMap™ technology, the SV600 translates the sounds that it hears into a visual representation so you can quickly locate and quantify problem areas. The SV600 easily integrates with factory systems and can serve as an early warning system that can quickly detect changes across compressors, pumps, pipes, conveyors or across product inspection and quality control processes, and much more with user-defined alarms. Remote evaluation options, meanwhile, help to minimize operator intervention, even in parts of the facility that are hard to reach.

LinkIQ Cable+Network Tester

Fluke Networks has upgraded to its LinkIQ™ Cable+Network Tester to expand the tester’s ability to test and troubleshoot IP networks, test industrial Ethernet cabling, and support users in twelve languages. Version 1.1 of the software is shipping in all new LinkIQ units and is available as a free upgrade to existing customers. The new release includes:·       Expanded network testing – With version 1.1, customers can now verify connectivity and response time to key network devices with one touch of the screen.  LinkIQ can now be configured to perform IPv4 or v6 ping tests and will display the response time for four pings to a target device of the user’s choosing.
