Dynameter testing system

SAKOR Technologies Inc., a recognized leader in the area of high-performance dynamometer systems, announces it has supplied a major aerospace and defense company with a test system for performing automated testing of very low speed/high torque motors used in swing wing reusable spacecraft applications. The test system uses SAKOR’s AccuDyne AC motoring dynamometer configured to provide the required torques and speeds. SAKOR’s new DynoLAB GenV next generation data acquisition and control system automates the entire test stand, acting as a space craft emulator. The four-quadrant AccuDyne dynamometer is capable of full bi-directional loading and motoring of the unit under test.

Dynamometer system for testing electric motor efficiency

Systems can test and verify to national and international standards SAKOR Technologies Inc., a recognized leader in the area of high-performance dynamometer systems, announces that it has provided its Electric Motor Efficiency Testing Dynamometer system to TÜV SÜD for testing and verifying the level of efficiency of electric motors in accordance with a variety of national and international standards, including IEC 60034-2-1; IEEE 112B; Canadian standard C390-93; and IS 12615. The SAKOR units can be used to test from two to eight pole motors ranging from 10 watts to more than 3 megawatts. As a world leader in electric motor system and component testing, TÜV SÜD conducts necessary testing and certifies compliance with legal regulations and international standards. TÜV SÜD will use the new SAKOR motor efficiency testing dynamometer for its program of certification testing of single and three-phase AC electric motors for consumer, commercial, and industrial use.

SAKOR Technologies Releases DynoLAB™ GenV Next Generation Test Automation Controller

SAKOR Technologies Inc., a recognized leader in the area of high-performance dynamometer systems, announces the release of the DynoLAB™ GenV next generation test automation controller, which allows even a non-programmer to implement complex test systems and testing standards. Delivering a new benchmark in modularity, performance, robustness, and expandability, DynoLAB GenV is built on the latest Windows technologies and development tools in full compliance with current information technology standards. The new DynoLAB GenV can be used with a wide array of hardware, including power analyzers, resistance meters, high potential (hi-POT) testers, ECU’s, video control units, and emissions analyzers. The fully networked test automation controller can operate several different devices independently, so users can perform multiple tests simultaneously, often with a single DynoLAB GenV controller. Each DynoLAB GenV execution unit is an independent module, which provides superior software robustness.
