Because PlantTriage looks at performance assessments including average error, variability, and Inverse Harris Index, rather than setpoints or operating points, relatively stable operations are able to use the same baseline over broad production ranges. With PlantTriage’s time window, default templates can be customized for specific baseline and threshold performance requirements including selecting minimum, maximum, average, X number of standard deviations, and fixed values.
