Enhancements to Synergy 2000 Data Link program brings formatted text data from high-speed data acquisition and automation control equipment into a real-time statistical process control environment. Data Link 3.0 bridges data acquisition devices and Synergy 2000 statistical process control software. Entered data are immediately available for analysis, reporting, and historical comparison. Enhancements include: handling of variable and attribute data combinations within the same output files; capture of unique identifiers for traceability and audit trails; e-mail alerts for out-of-control, out-of-specification conditions; and more flexible file navigation to output files.
