Princeton, N.J. -HiPerCam 2 packs area scan camera with CCD technology and an intelligent frame grabber into a single compact box. It can interface to more than one camera at a time. The product is compatible with Windows NT and 98, and also others such as VxWorks, Linux, and pSOS. The Intel Celeron processor on a socket 370 contains CPU and 128k caches. Supported memory is from 16 to 128 MB using 64-bit SO-DIMM SDRAM. An on-board camera sequencer permits use of reset/restart camera features as well as external triggers.
