San Diego, CA—Kontron AG reports that it has acquired Dolch Computer Systems Inc. for an undisclosed sum of cash from Siegel-Robert Inc.
San Diego, CA— Kontron AG reports that it has acquired Dolch Computer Systems Inc. for an undisclosed sum of cash from Siegel-Robert Inc. Dolch will take on Kontron’s name, and will operate as a business unit of Kontron America Inc.

Dolch has manufactured rugged notebook computers and multi-slot portable platforms for more than 27 years. Dolch also offers display products that incorporate rugged touch-screen technology, which is protected against shock and vibration, and sealed to survive the harshest environments or situations.
