Examples include exchanging control applications via a new browser plug-in, the LabView Player, (available free of charge from NI); publishing data on the web; and streamlining of data sharing worldwide. With LabView 6i, it takes fewer steps to build applications with measurement and control intelligence than in previous versions. Single-point data acquisition rates are 4.7 times faster. New or added LabView 6i functions include data acquisition and instrument control, image acquisition and motion control libraries, 3D user interface for application development, and wider graphing capabilities.
