AutomationDirect’s M-series cylindrical magnetic DC proximity sensors are now available in 8, 12, and 18mm sizes. The magnetic sensors come in 10 models and  feature stainless steel shielded housings. They are offered as NPN or PNP models with normally-open or normally-closed outputs and are available with sensing distances of 0 to 70mm. The M-series sensors are IP65/IP67 or IP68/IP69K-rated and come with built-in overload protection. The models are offered with an attached 2 m axial cable or with an M8 or M12 connector. Proximity sensor damping magnets are also available with the M-series.
