Lightweight, portable FFT analysis system tests vibration and power on Palm handhelds. DAS-1257 spectrum and data acquisition module has four analog channels and one digital counter input channel. When combined with Datastick Connection Wave software and most Palm Tungsten T handhelds, the system permits FFT waveform displays of 512 points across 5 kHz bandwidth, running one channel from a sensor plugged into the module. It is suited for portable test and measurement and compliance reporting applications in environmental, industrial, R&D, field, and lab settings, including vibration and power analysis.
