Trident cloud-based platform

Trident is a redundant, reliable, and secure cloud-based platform that provides 24/7/365 monitoring to reduce damages caused by water leaks in commercial buildings. Trident, the only water management system to receive FM Approval, sends real-time notifications of precise leak location to business owners and managers, as well as other designated personnel, and can shut water off when a leak is detected, to limit or prevent costly water damage and reduce water waste.

An Internet-ready system, Trident is considerably less expensive and more customizable than wired leak detection systems. It consists of sensors, hubs, and a smart base station (SBS). Valve controllers can also be integrated into the system, which will automatically and instantaneously shut off water when a leak is detected by Trident.  

Trident uses a secure RF-based network to transfer data from the sensors to the hubs, as well as to connect hubs to the SBS so updates can be transmitted. The SBS connects to the cloud over a dedicated ISP Ethernet line. An added layer of redundancy is created by a dedicated analog voice line or cell modem that serves as a backup network.

The use of a dedicated RF network gives sensors greater range and ability to communicate over longer distances in most any building configuration. Trident’s hubs can be installed anywhere in a building or campus of buildings, for comprehensive monitoring.
