Ohm-Stat RT-500 resistivity/resistance meter reportedly offers many benefits of a high-end device such as the Ohm-Stat RT-1000 but at lower cost. Pocket-sized meter has built-in parallel electrodes on the bottom of the case to measure resistance-to-ground and surface resistivity. External banana jacks accept two 5-lb, 2.5-in. electrodes to measure RTT, RTG, and volume resistance. Miniature RTT probes are also available to test small, difficult to reach surfaces, chairs, and smocks. Easy to use device automatically measures with 10 V or 100 constant V, depending on material resistance.
