In the last 3 years, Sartor has led his team to manage a portfolio of investments in Automation and Process Controls in both Greenfield and Brownfield, which span north of a hundred million dollars. All projects assigned to Sartor’s team have been delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, earning accolades from internal customers. While his capital work has been planned, scoped, designed, and implemented, Sartor and his team also provided networking, systems administration, and security support for the Process Control Networks existing in half a dozen plants across PMT’s Integrated Supply Chain. Bryant and his team have been assessed by internal and external auditors, always meeting and often exceeding expectations. His performance has been consistent and outstanding year after year. Sartor also has a Six Sigma certification that reflects on his ability to think clearly with a life-cycle approach when analyzing problems and selecting alternative remedies and solutions. Sartor is engaged with the local youth baseball leagues and expanding the capacity and resources at his son’s school through his PTA support and involvement. He is motivated by a desire to create the best opportunities for his two sons while leading by example.
