Wyman has a strong history of transforming programs and teams, improving regulatory compliance, and driving exponential growth. She led the re-design of Shire’s quality system for facilities, equipment, and computerized systems with minimal impact to plant operations and patient supply, resulting in a 100% success rate during 2015 regulatory inspections. Wyman improved the validation maintenance program by utilizing operational excellence tools and deploying quality risk management, increasing schedule adherence by 45%, improving equipment performance by more than 20%, and delivering associated savings of more than $2MM. She is passionate about developing people and draws from her experience and expertise to groom the next generation of engineers and leaders. In her spare time, Wyman is an avid marathon runner. This past April, she ran the Boston Marathon, which marked her 15th consecutive year running the Boston Marathon. Wyman is trying to keep her streak alive and hopes to run 25 or more consecutive Boston Marathon races.
