Described as an engineer’s engineer, Kendra has earned a great variety of achievements in her career. She discovered a healthy sense of competition from her biology teacher and has been working to continuously improve ever since. Her work ethic and willingness to learn can be attributed to her grandmother. Having always been a hard worker, she was hired as an engineer during her junior year of college. She has professional achievements ranging from a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2008 to twice winning the OCI Excellence Award. Her project successes include eliminating 200 unneeded alarms in Provox within 3 months, upgrading a legacy control system utilizing used equipment, and generating two of the top 75 ideas selected for final funding consideration under the Cargill Waste to Value Campaign. Kendra is a curious cat and enjoys finding solutions and discovering how the world works. She is described as extremely personable and likeable by her coworkers. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, and visit local attractions.
