Hoffmann-Krippner’s inductive displacement Inelta IZAL sensor series utilizes differential sensing technology and are designed to ensure precise path length measurements in applications with highly confined spaces. They are designed for medical, industrial, agricultural, and military applications. The 4mm diameter housing of these linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) sensors have a 4mm diameter housing while achieving a linearity tolerance of ±0.5% and are designed for the extremely small measuring ranges of 1, 2.5 and 5 mm. The housing is made of nickel-plated steel and has a temperature range of -25 to +85 C, which makes them suitable for harsh and demanding environments.
