Delivering a high degree of system availability in control or drive-based automation, Lenze’s Controller p300 is designed for easy motion control, sequence control and visualization.

The panel controller p300 is designed for simple to medium complexity control and visualization solutions. Based on the Lenze panel controller p500, the p300 combines a PLC and superior HMI visualization. Designed for machine applications requiring low processing power, the p300 features an energy-efficient ARM Cortex-A8-processor with 800 MHz clock frequency to provide computing power. The p300 is available in screen sizes of 4.3-, 7- and 10.4-in. Suitable for harsh environments, it is equipped with a resistive touch display and available with a customized front foil.

Standard p300 set-up and data back-up can be performed easily via USB flash drive. The robust controller is factory-set with Ethernet and USB connections, with optional PROFIBUS and PROFINET interface connection modules available. Data and applications are stored on SD card, allowing for quick and easy device replacement. An integrated UPS with 128 kB memory protects against data loss. The maintenance-free controller does not require a buffer battery or fan. For diagnostic purposes and easy commissioning, a web interface enables direct access to all controller parameters and a central logbook.

From low to high power ratings, basic to complex control and visualization tasks, in control cabinet and panel versions, the Lenze p300 controller streamlines packaging machine tasks.
