Parker’s High Moment Rodless (HMR) electromechanical linear actuator series are designed for applications such as packaging equipment, material handling, robot transfer, and other general automation applications and can be integrated into any machine layout. It also has customization such as parallel motor mount, purge ports, multi-axis configurations, and pinning options, among others. Parker’s HMR series has five different frame sizes from 85 to 240 mm, two different drive train options, multiple motor mounting, carriage and sensor options, and an IP54 protective cover option. In addition, there are options for two chassis profiles, which is designed to provide structural rigidity for long unsupported spans. Other features include a max thrust to 5,560N (screw) and 4,000N (belt), tandem and bi-parting carriage options, a pre-configured motor, gearhead, and control package options, and an ambient temperature range of -30 to +80 C.
