Michell Instruments’ HygroSmart HS3 probe is a humidity probe designed to withstand the kind of harsh and demanding conditions found in industrial processes. The HygroSmart HS3 sensor uses a polymer tile for long-term measurements and has an accuracy of 0.8% RH, which also allows for longer recalibration periods. The HygroSmart HS3 consists of a solid, corrosion-resistant probe body with an interchangeable sensor. When recalibration is due, the old HygroSmart HS3 sensor can be exchanged for a freshly calibrated one in just a few seconds. The HygroSmart HS3 body is designed to cope with harsh environmental factors such as electrical interference, exposure to water, and vibration. As well as the solid body, the probe also has a 145 psi (10 bar) pressure rating, rfi/emc electrical noise approvals and IP67, NEMA 6 ingress protection rating.
