Ross SysCon’s portable pumping system with static mixer is capable of handling both laminar and turbulent flow applications across a 26-element low pressure drop static mixer. The system is suited for continuous inline mixing of minor liquid components into a fluid stream. It produces a homogenous blend within a single pass, despite differences in the viscosity and density of the materials being pumped at a controlled rate. These static mixers may be used for emulsification, heat transfer, dilution, pH control, catalyst addition and other processes. The pictured mobile skid includes a variable frequency drive for the feed pump, inlet and outlet pressure transmitters, 4 in color touchscreen for viewing process variables, emergency stop pushbutton and a vortex enclosure cooler for the NEMA 4 Operator Station.
