Rosemount 5600 Series non-contact radar level measurement transmitter for process applications works on liquids and slurries and is available with a range of antennas. Smart FMCW echo-tracking features and advanced signal processing techniques combine for high reliability and accuracy. Software module uses data collected from thousands of radar installations to discriminate between false echo sources and true surface echoes. Operator can also add information about stirrers or other obstructions to complement the collected data. Device integrates with PlantWeb digital plant architectures and can provide HART or FOUNDATION fieldbus digital communications protocols, or a standard analog output.
