Milwaukee, WI; Buffalo, NY—Brady Corp. reports that it's completing its acquisition of EMED Co., pending regulatory approval.


Milwaukee, WI; Buffalo, NY— Brady Corp. reports that it's completing its acquisition of EMED Co., pending regulatory approval. A manufacturer of identification and safety products, EMED employs about 200 people and had sales of $55 million in 2003.

Brady manufactures identification solutions, including labels, software, printing systems, label-application and data-collection systems, signs, safety devices and specialty materials for manufacturing, electrical, electronic, telecommunications and a variety of other markets. Founded in 1914, Brady employs more than 3,500 people
