Foxboro, MA—Cascades Tissue Group (Eau Claire, WI) plans to implement Invensys Foxboro's I/A Series A2 automation system on the company's #5 paper machine.


Foxboro, MA— Cascades Tissue Group (Eau Claire, WI) plans to implement Invensys Foxboro 's I/A Series A2automation system on the company's #5 paper machine. The A2automation system will provide supervisory control for machine direction and grade change functions, and will manage connections to the machine's measurement scanner.

Cascades Tissue reports that I/A Series A2's single-operator interface and controller platform were significant attributes in its decision to select the Foxboro I/A Series A2automation system for optimizing its papermaking process and auxiliary components.
