The ”hyperFlex” family of 10-32 and M3-terminated miniature coaxial cable assemblies provide up to 50% more flexibility than previous models. Textile outer jacket and reduced diameter improves handling, while silver-plated, high-strength alloy spiral shields add flexibility. An alloy conductor protects inner cable conductors. Cables offer superior abrasion resistance and break strength, supporting up to 100 lb, as well as high-temperature operation, exceeding 300 °C. They are virtually impervious to most chemicals found in aerospace and defense environments. Assemblies use hermetically constructed connectors to provide a strong bond between the pin and connector shell, and deliver secure connections with coupling nuts that are less susceptible to galling and twisting.
