KepServerEx distributed network protocol (DNP) from Kepware Technologies is an open protocol for applications where data integrity over minimal data bandwidth is important. The DNP OPC server suite supports serial and Ethernet drivers and provides consistent access from DNP 3.0 slave devices to a wide variety of OPC client-enabled applications. Features include communication with multiple DNP devices via IP addressing; TCP support-Ethernet port; unsolicited messaging; and configuration of analog deadband. Demo is available on the company Website for download and evaluation.
