Latin American manufacturers have new resource for business intelligence

Latin American companies interested in using the resources they have to make more, spend less, and achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction have a new resource: Optima Central and Informance International are joining together to help customers in the region build and expand efficiencies in manufacturing to drive supply chain performance.

Informance EMI solutions enable manufacturing professionals and enterprise management to view real-time operational metrics and performance to make quick, informed decisions and adjustments throughout the plant or across the network. They focus on changes and improvements that have the greatest impact on operational and financial performance, and track progress against initiatives.

Optima Central president Alberto Vasquez leads a team of process management practitioners based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S. as they assist manufacturers gain supply chain effectiveness.
