Sarla Technologies acquires Synapse Systems

Pittsburgh, PA—Sarla Technologies reports that its U.S. subsidiary has acquired Synapse Systems LLC, the former engineering division of Gray Matter Systems LLC.


Pittsburgh, PA— Sarla Technologies reports that its U.S. subsidiary has acquired Synapse Systems LLC , the former engineering division of Gray Matter Systems LLC . Synapse is a North American control, software development, and automation firm specializing in solutions for automation applications. Sarla is part of the $120-million Parekh Group of India.

Synapse provides solutions that control, collect, distribute, and visually present information from the plant floor throughout the enterprise, supplying clients with scalable solutions that deliver increased productivity and return on investment. Synapse also offers best-in-class global customer care for their client's technology investment.

The acquisition reportedly strengthens Synapse Systems' position as a leader in automation solutions, and offers enhanced capabilities for delivering highly engineered solutions with an international presence.
