Sharq 207 series parallel shaft gearmotors are the first of 11 new gearmotor designs from the company this year.

West Chicago, IL —Designed as direct drop-in replacements for many high-volume OEM applications, the new Sharq 207 series parallel shaft gearmotors are the first in a family of 11 new gearmotor designs the company is introducing in 2007.

American made and powered by 1/20 hp, UL and CSA recognized ac motors, the four standard models in the Sharq 207 series offer torque ratings from 42 to 113 in.-lb, with 2 to 29 rpm output speeds at full load current of 1.3 A.

Rated at 115 V, 60 Hz, the Sharq 207 series employs shaded pole electric motors, with clockwise rotation as standard. Totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) design offers high output in a compact 4.94 in. dia., 7.47 in. length package.

With a 0.625 in. dia. output shaft and 150 lb overhung load rating, the gearmotors feature an integral foot plate mount and a three-point face mount for easy mounting in any position. Other models are available.
