Global design, engineering and project management consultancy Atkins (Epsom, Surrey, UK) has entered into an agreement to acquire Nuclear Safety Associates (Oak Ridge, TN), a 130-person engineering and technical services firm, with a focus on nuclear safety, design engineering, and professional security services. Link to details

Coffey Engineering and Surveying (Laramie, WY) announced plans to acquire the Loveland, CO office of Westwood Engineering and Surveying (Eden Prairie, MN). Coffey anticipates the agreement to be finalized within 10 days. Link to details
