ASCO Power Technologies’ 8000 Series of Containerized Load Banks are housed in 10-foot and 20-foot ISO 6346 steel shipping container. The 8000 SERIES is available in capacities from 3300 to 6250 kVA across a wide range of voltages. The 8000 Series load banks provide resistive only, resistive-inductive, or resistive-capacitive load for testing ac supplies and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) at various power factors. All 8000 Series load banks feature the Sigma Digital Control platform that allows users to network and operate multiple units from a single hand-held controller or laptop. Sophisticated data logging and monitoring provide real-time data analytics for compliance testing and verification. The Sigma Digital Control provides for load bank control via Modbus and Ethernet TCP/IP.
