Device from Athena Controls can drive temperature or process directly from sensor.
New APWM Series pulse control converter from Athena Controls mounts directly to a 3-32 Vdc SSR (solid state relay) to drive a process or temperature controller generating a time proportional output from a 4-20 mA signal.
The converter supports single- or three-phase operation, 50 or 60 Hz, and tolerates inputs less than 4 mA. Lever clamps are provided on the converter for the 4-20 mA input and the SSR’s power section provides easy connection to the line and load.
