Automated Control and ASM introduce the WS42 cable actuated position sensor. The WS42 features the integration of a precise encoder in an ultra-compact housing that offers multiple mounting configurations.
The WS42 sensor is capable of delivering a resolution of 6 pulses per mm with either 5 or 24 V output types. To compliment the digital version, the model WS42C offers an absolute, analog output with either 1 kΩ potentiometer, 10 V or 4-20 mA output.
