Austin, Tex.— Microsoft Outlook 4.0 HMI/SCADA software is now available with advanced networking technology for unprecedented connectivity and communications on the plant floor. In addition to its multiserver, multiclient networking, Lookout 4.0 has added a new pricing structure so customers can connect more clients at a lower price; integrated, interactive Web support; OPC server and client capabilities; and seamless connectivity with its developer’s BridgeView -LabView for Industrial Automation software. The software’s object-based networking capability is said to make communication more direct and simplifies networked application development.
