The report, “North American Market Demand for Automated Assembly Systems,” states that demand will increase for assembly systems, electronic parts placement, assembly robots, parts feeders, modular structural elements, and other equipment used to design and build these systems. It adds that strong demand from end-users in the electronics, medical, and consumer products areas will likely lead all segments in the automated assembly field with 10% annual growth rates.
