To enhance end-user service and assist third-party solution providers using its Smart program, Comdale Technologies recently opened its European headquarters in Munich, Germany. A producer of intelligent systems software for managing and optimizing dynamic processes, Comdale also appointed Michael Lauer as European operations director.

A producer of intelligent systems software for managing and optimizing dynamic processes, Comdale also appointed Michael Lauer as European operations director. Mr. Lauer has 12 years experience focusing on intelligent systems for process, manufacturing, and service industries. Before joining Comdale, he was regional manager for Central and Eastern Europe and managing director of a real-time expert system software company.
