DIN-rail-mounted wireless system provides interference free, accurate link for monitoring and transmitting critical data. Solution uses license-free 902-928 MHz ISM band with spread spec-trum frequency hopping technology. Transmitter and receiver units can be mounted in a control cabinet or installed in any of the company’s fiberglass, stainless steel, or cast aluminum enclo-sures. System is said to avoid costly cable and conduit runs, achieves lower labor and material in-stallation costs, and enables monitoring of devices where cabling is not an option. Class 1, Div. 1, battery-powered, and ruggedized NEMA 4X versions are also available.
