The Ashcroft B700 explosion-proof pressure switch family can be configured for harsh media and demanding applications in tough operating environments.
Enclosed in a NEMA 7/9 – IP66 rated housing, Ashcroft says B700 pressure switches can be used in Class 1, Division 1 and 2, and Class 2, Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations. Each pressure switch can be configured with a variety of diaphragm materials or with external diaphragm seals for especially caustic media.
Type B700 pressure switches are offered in ranges from 0-10 in. of water up to 0-3,000 psi and in differential pressure ranges to 600 psid with 1,500 psi static (line) pressure. Units are certified to the requirements of FM, CE, ATEX, UL, CSA and CRN.
