Flexible batch description useful

Thanks for the flexible batch article that appeared in November 1998, Control Engineering ("Flexible Batch Proven in First Week," p.62). The article was informative and I especially liked the description of how the project was structured and implemented. It presented a real life situation that reflects the realities of trying to execute a complex project under tight time constraints.
