Springfield, O. -Rittal’s NEMA 4 type air-to-air heat exchangers are designed for telco/outdoor wastewater treatment, food processing, or other hosedown applications. The heat exchangers use ambient air to cool the temperature inside an enclosure. Separate external and internal air circuits prevent dust and humidity from entering the enclosure. Heat exchangers are said to offer simple design elements including a terminal block connection that allows for easy wiring, and multiple fans that offer redundancy and easy maintenance since they are configured in a modular fan pack. NEMA 4 rated heat exchangers cone standard in 115 V, with 230 and 48 V versions available.
