Robots will do battle daily as Synergy Robotics Entertainment will offer two ways to experience the thrills of robot combat (see photos) when International Manufacturing Technology Show, IMTS 2008 , comes to Chicago’s McCormick Place, Sept. 8-13, 2008.
Attendees can sign up to compete or watch peers go head to head in live robot combat action.
Each 20-minute show will feature a mini-round robin competition between four audience drivers followed by a brief awards ceremony.
Sign up alone or as a group and get ready to prove your skills in the arena at Lakeside Center (East Building), Booth D-4375.
Power Demonstrations are at 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.
