Ball valves from Inserta and a pressure-reducing valve from TLV are among process-related flow control products announced recently. DR20SF PRV from TLV Corp . is available in 316L stainless steel wetted parts. Compact, direct-acting pressure reducing valve is intended for pure and clean steam applications, providing corrosion resistance and superior flow characteristics. Class 4 seat leakage rating gives a high flow rate and tight shutoff.
Flange type 2-port ball valves from Adaconn Inserta
Flow-up design and flat valve and plug arrangement increase secondary pressure stability and enhance pressure reduction capability, allowing the unit to reach a ratio of 30:1 and eliminating the need for 2-stage pressure reduction. Inline access to internal parts and reusable PTFE gaskets permit service without removing the body from installation. Valve comes in 1/2-, 3/4-, and 1-in. NPT sizes.
Flange type 2-port ball valves from Adaconn Inserta are designed to provide a simple way to install a 2-port ball valve in a circuit that uses any SAE four-bolt flange-mounting pattern. They can be installed on or between other components such as pumps, motors, actuators, filters, valves, and manifolds by bolting them together.
Assemblies eliminate threaded pipe connections, and adjoining components are face sealed with a leak-resistant o-ring. Sealing characteristics provide a seal said to eliminate pipe leaks and add integrity to integrated hydraulic systems. Straight aluminum handle is standard with the flat stop plate. Valves are steel construction with a hard chrome plated ball.
