Chagrin Falls, O. —The Mini-Z-Purge for Class I & II, Division 2 and Mini-Y-Purge for Division I explosive atmospheres are available in either backplate or panel-mount configurations. These purge systems are said to be smaller, lighter, and easier to install than conventional systems. The “L”-shaped backplate system merely requires four fixing holes and a small cutout to mount the purged enclosure. One simple cutout in the purged panel is all that is needed to secure the panel-mount system. UL, cUL, and FM approve these systems to National Fire Protection Association standards for North American installations. Applications include pharmaceutical, oil and gas drilling, chemical, refining, and food and beverage processing. Expo-Telektron Safety Systems
