Enerpac's EVO Mini (EVOM) is a multi-functional synchronous lifting system that monitors and manages lifting, lowering, weighing, alignment and load transfer procedures of non-uniformly distributed heavy loads. Courtesy: EnerpacEnerpac’s EVO Mini (EVOM) is a multi-functional synchronous lifting system that combines hydraulics with a programmable logic controller (PLC) system to monitor and control precise movement and positioning of heavy loads in a compact, simple-to-use package. Through an integrated human-machine interface (HMI), all movements are managed from a central control position that displays live operation with real-time status updates for each lifting position. The EVOM can be used with standard 10,000 psi single- or double-acting cylinders and is offered with 1, 1.5 or 3 HP hydraulic power units (HPU). The system also offers manual and automatic control modes and can control up to 8 jacking points with HPU. Enerpac’s EVO synchronous lifting system monitors and manages lifting, lowering, weighing, alignment and load transfer procedures of non-uniformly distributed heavy loads. Incorporating a variable frequency drive (VFD) motor with PLC capabilities is designed to ensure precise oil flow, cylinder stroke and speed synchronization.
