The new Sensaphone 400 replaces the earlier 1104 model, adding a group of new features.

Sensaphone is upgrading its line of remote monitors and alarm notification devices with a more advanced system featuring new capabilities. The new Sensaphone 400 reportedly includes:

Customizable voice messaging;

Programmable relay output;

Phone line seizure capability; and,

Diagnostic test functions.

The system is a standalone remote monitor and alarm notification system with no monthly fees. It can be used to alert owners, facility managers, technicians, supervisors, and others to changes in critical conditions or alarm trips. The company says it notifies up to four people using customized voice phone calls that continue until someone responds. With nonvolatile memory and battery backup, the system can operate during a power utility failure.
