Rockwell board elects Nosbusch as new president, CEO

Rockwell Automation Inc. announced that its board of directors has elected Keith Nosbusch as its new president and CEO. Nosbusch will formally take on his new job title after the company's annual shareholders meeting on Feb. 4, 2004. Nosbusch follows Don Davis as Rockwell's CEO. Davis will continue as chairman of Rockwell's board.

Rockwell Automation Inc. announced that its board of directors has elected Keith Nosbusch as its new president and CEO. Nosbusch will formally take on his new job title after the company’s annual shareholders meeting on Feb. 4, 2004. Nosbusch follows Don Davis as Rockwell’s CEO. Davis will continue as chairman of Rockwell’s board.

Nosbusch, 52, presently serves as president of Rockwell Automation Control Systems. He was appointed to this position in November 1998. He began his career in 1974, when he joined Allen-Bradley as an application engineer. Nosbusch holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of and a master’s degree in business administration.
