Axeda files patent infringement lawsuit against Questra

Mansfield, MA—Axeda Systems Inc. recently filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Questra Corp., a manufacturer of software for intelligent device management (IDM).

Mansfield, MA— Axeda Systems Inc. recently filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Questra Corp., a manufacturer of software for intelligent device management (IDM).

Filed in U. S. District Court in Massachusetts, the litigation claims that Questra is infringing on Axeda’s patented DRM and IDM technology, U.S. Patent No. 6,757,714, which is entitled ‘Reporting the State of an Apparatus to a Remote Computer.’ Axeda is seeking damages as well as injunctive relief to prevent the continued sale of Questra’s reportedly infringing products.
