Washington. D.C.—Danaher Corp. recently completed its previously announced acquisition of Accu-Sort Systems Inc. for approximately $63 million plus an earn out based on performance conditions payable in the future.
Washington. D.C.— Danaher Corp. recently completed its previously announced acquisition of Accu-Sort Systems Inc. for approximately $63 million plus an earn out based on performance conditions payable in the future. With approximately $90 million in revenues, Accu-Sort is a leading manufacturer and marketer of stationary scanners used most commonly in manufacturing, distribution and sortation applications.
In addition, Danaher has appointed Craig Purse as VP and group executive responsible for Danaher’s Product Identification platform, which includes Accu-Sort. Purse joined Danaher in 1986 as controller of Dynapar Corp. After progressively responsible roles within Danaher’s instrument group, he was promoted in June 2000 to president of it Industrial Controls division. Purse assumed his most recent role as Videojet’s president in 2002.
