Minneapolis, Minn. - Digi International Inc. announced January 28, 2002 that the Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 in connection with the proposed merger with NetSilicon Inc.
Minneapolis, Minn. – Digi International Inc. announced January 28, 2002 that the Federal Trade Commission granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 in connection with the proposed merger with NetSilicon Inc. Both companies have scheduled special stockholder meetings on February 13, 2002 to obtain stockholder approval of the merger.
