Fault indicators, voltage-sensing products get SEL logo

EOS Manufacturing is selling its indicators and sensors under the SEL logo.

E.O. Schweitzer Manufacturing Co., LLC, (EOS) owned by Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Inc. (SEL), has announced that it is selling its line of Linam fault indicators and voltage sensing products under the SEL logo. Previously, the company marketed its products under the EOS logo as well as those of several distributors. Internationally, Linamfault indicators marked with the SEL brand have been on the market since 1997.

The company says EOS Manufacturing’s line of high-quality fault indicators and voltage sensors fits well with SEL’s mission to make electric power safer, more reliable, and more economical; SEL will help EOS develop new products and better serve customers. EOS also makes current transformers for the electric power industry. EOS Manufacturing became a wholly owned SEL subsidiary in July 2004. SEL employs 1,000 people in more than 46 locations around the world and sells products in 104 countries.
